Returns & Exchanges:

We hope that you love your Dezo Empire tee's, but if you happen to receive the wrong size or product, you may return the item within 10 days of receipt. Item must be unworn and unwashed in order to receive the full reimbursement or exchange.  Item must also be in the original packaging.

Please be mindful, because most of our tee's have limited print runs, an exchange for the same product or size might not be available.  

If item is received within the 10 days, refunds will be contingent upon our reception of the returned goods.

If item is not received within the 10 days, unfortunately, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

Shipping:

Once order is placed, they go out within one week and take 3-5 days for delivery.

USPS 1st class domestic- Free with orders over $20.00.  Under 20.00 is 3.50 shipping.

Canada- $13.00 flat rate

International shipping outside of North America- $18.00 flat rate

Dezo Empire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
